Overview
Iroboservices is currently looking for highly qualified and experienced physicians for our dynamic Emergency Department to serve our brave and retired veterans. Our physicians are committed to caring for Veterans entering the ED with a wide spectrum of illnesses and injuries ranging from acute infections to life-threatening conditions. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive emergency care services to patients.
Recruiting for full-time experienced highly qualified Board Certified/Board Eligible physician for the Emergency Department. The medical center utilizes a computerized medical record system. The physician must be familiar with personal computers, have adequate keyboard skills to perform all data entry (progress notes and physician orders, history and physicals, discharge summaries), and be able to navigate through windows based computer programs. Training on the computerized medical record system will be provided by the medical center.
The physician will be responsible for the evaluation, treatment, and stabilization of all emergencies that present to the Emergency Dept.
Services to be performed include but are not limited to:
Perform assessments/examinations on patients.
Coordinate patient treatment plan (involves specialists as appropriate) and identify patients for hospital admissions.
Order appropriate diagnostic tests and X-ray studies.
Serve as an educator to staff and trainees rotating through the department.
Participate in quality assurance programs and skills training.
Perform administrative duties to supporting departmental goals.
If considered for the position a full scope of the position will be included in the contractual agreement.
Job Details:
Position: Independent Contractor
Hourly Rate: $130-$155
