Meet Lynnita Jones Morton:

 

Lynnita's specialty is helping organizations turn challenges into opportunities. Her philosophy is simple: Everyone is passionate about something, and that something can be found in anything and everything that you do.   Lynnita's passion is to ignite the passion in others by providing a framework in which they can draw on their own inner strengths and resources to find creative solutions in life, which overflows in your career and relationships.

Lynnita founded Infinite Visions. in 2004, serving the needs of the community through resources that provided sophisticated, creative and reliable event and production consulting for churches and local business' in the DMV.   During this time she also provided volunteer opportunities for youth and young adults and extra curriculum activities that inspired spiritual, professional and life long goals.  

 

Throughout her experiences and her career choices she decided to add to the company's services and utilize the best of her organizational development and teaching skills.  Lynnita was on one of the lead trainers and human resource generalist for Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center,  one of the largest hospitality organizations in Maryland.   In 2010 Lynnita obtained her Certificate in Executive Leadership and Certificate in Non-Profit Management (CNM) which are both nationally-recognized and in 2013 a certificate in training development which globally recognizes her as a Talent Development Practitioner.

 

Non-Proftt Organizations and Small business' turn to Lynnita for strategic planning, leadership coaching, team building and career training.  Lynnita's creative strategic plan is to create a place where people love to work and she lives by the statement "when employees want to show up to work every day and they love the work that they do, maybe it's because your organization has finally found a way to put the needs of the employees first and drive success for everyone."

 

Lynnita is passionate about helping all organizations make the most of their resources and talent by helping individuals find their passion in any position held, whether entry or high level. In addition to her accomplishments in human resources and talent management, Lynnita has also provided career transition services for more than 3 years through one-on-one coaching, group workshops, and educational seminars at hospitals, high schools, universities and nonprofit organizations.

 

Lynnita is a published author of several articles and training curriculum manuals on various talent management topics, customer relations success and developing skills into passion. Lynnita holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology and minor in Organizational Psychology and working on continuing her education and training in Organizational Development.  Infinite Visions became Infinite Visions Inc. in 2011.
